WEEK 18: START OF THE WEEK
START ‘EM
Brandin Cooks, WR
Houston Texans Vs. Tennessee Titans
Brandin Cooks has been on a tear recently; over the past 4 weeks he is WR7 even after missing week 16. If we change the ranking to PPG then he jumps to WR5. In the 3 games, Cooks has averaged just over 10 targets, just over 7 receptions, 90 yards, and 1 touchdown. In a week with multiple teams likely to coast into the playoffs, having someone who is performing solid is a godsend. The Texans likely do not have a favorable matchup since they both would benefit if the Titans won this week. However, there is no reason for the Texans to not at least keep the game interesting especially if the 4th quarter is already out of hand. Not only has Cooks been good this season, Cooks also has quietly been one of the best receivers in the league since 2015. He has gotten 1,000 yards in every season he has played at least 15 games and is 6th in yards since 2015. Cooks has been reliable and should still be this game even though your fantasy season should have concluded last week.
