Daniel Jones- New York Giants QB

Now I know what everyone is thinking. Why am I recommending any player from the NFC East and especially a QB from one of these dreadful teams? Well, it all comes down to matchups. Daniel Jones and the Giants face two of the worst defenses in the NFL in their next 2 games, and the matchup for Jones specifically is extra enticing. The Bengals are the 12th worst team in fantasy points allowed to QBs and the Seahawks are the 2nd worst. That is the 3rd best slate of matchups over Weeks 12-13, only behind the two teams that face the Falcons. Now I'm not saying that Daniel Jones should be a plug and play starter for the rest of the year, but I am saying is that the favorable matchups and a shootout type matchup against the Seahawks could lead to fantasy gold. I think Jones has the potential to be a top-5 QB over the next two weeks. He is currently rostered in 17.8% of leagues and is a good replacement for Joe Burrow managers and for Tom Brady, who is on bye for Week 13. Look to see if he’s available in your league, and if you have to gall to start him, I wish you luck!
